<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I learned this recipe from my grandmother when I was 14 years old and I have been making my dumplings the same way she taught me at the beginning.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I got all of my ingredients from my local chinese market.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
I am sorry I do not have any measurements for this recipe as I would just eye ball it.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: x-large;"><u>Ingredients(makes about 85 dumplings):</u></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
2lb grounded pork</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
1lb grounded pork fat</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Salt</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Black pepper</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Sugar</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Hoisin sauce</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Soy sauce</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Sesame oil</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Dumpling wrap</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
Green onion (optional)</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
2 eggs for the meat mixture</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
1 egg for the dumpling wrap</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="font-size: x-large;"><u>Preparation:</u></span></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<span style="color: red;">Tips:</span> In order to make flavorful dumplings, you should marinate the pork the night before cooking.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
1. In a large bowl, mix both grounded pork fat and grounded pork together to give a moist filling for the dumplings.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
2. Season the pork mixture with salt, black pepper, hoisin sauce, soy sauce sesame oil and a hint of sugar.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
3. Add in one egg at a time into the pork mixture until it is well combined into the pork mixture.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
4. Place the pork mixture in the refrigerator and let it sit overnight. </div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<br /></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
<u><span style="font-size: x-large;">Directions:</span> </u></div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
1. Crack an egg in a small bowl and whisk it. The egg will help you hold each dumpling in place.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: center;">

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
2. Scoop about 1tsp of pork mixture onto the dumpling wrapper.</div>
<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
3. Dip a chopstick into the egg mixture and touch half of the outer area of the dumpling mixture with your chopstick.</div>

<div class="separator" style="clear: both; text-align: left;">
